SAEximRunCond expanded to false

Q: What does this mean in my exim4 logs?
X-SA-Exim-Scanned: No (on mail.example.com); SAEximRunCond expanded to false

A: It probably means you haven't configured sa-exim properly. Edit /etc/exim4/sa-exim.conf, and comment out the SAEximRunCond: 0 line.

Also, check /etc/default/spamassassin, and ensure ENABLE=1 to start spamd.
